To ensure correct and timely communication related to
export or import custom clearance followings are the
recommandations :

have to fax/email or courier advance intimation for
Export/Import .
- In
case of export following to be sent to Aerocean Logistics :

of letter of credit
- Bill
of lading instructions
- Third
party inspection instruction if any
- Specific
instructions as regards packing/pallatising/shring
wrapping
- Clearance
under advance licence or DEPB & related details

or Xerox copy of advance licence application receipt/
advance licence DEEC books / DEPB licence and
related papers
- On
physical shipment of export consignments from your
works following to be forwarded to Aerocean Logistics (if required
advance copy by fax)
