Items offered are made from best quality raw materials and by first class artisans. Being handmade no two items can be exactly similar. We would like to assure you that while every effort is made to ensure buyer satisfaction by supplying best quality items, goods once supplied are not refundable.

Payment Options acceptable : To Mr. Darius K. Cama by Western Union, Bandra West, Bombay , India or to HSBC, Bandra West, Bombay 400050, India. To facilitate payment through Bank, details of account will be provided on receiving order.

Delivery : For most of the items delivery can be effected within a week from date of receiving the order. If for any reason, the item selected is not available in our ready stock, we will email or telephone to let you know the delivery period required for effecting shipment from our storage depot in India or the United Kingdom, for your acceptance.

Packing and Forwarding : Delivery of most of our items is by Air Mail at reasonable actuals, alternatively, by a service provider like UPS etc. While packing charges is included in the price the forwarding charges will be charged extra at cost. Transit insurance will also be extra if applicable. Taxes and Customs Duty if payable in India or the U.K. will be borne by us. However, local duties if any will be payable on receipt.

Owing to individual nature of handcrafted items no two articles can exactly be the same and as we operate with a very low margin it is not possible for us to offer any refund or free replacement once the goods have been supplied. However, you can rest assured that every effort will be made by our organisation to ensure buyer satisfaction and if required we can email a descriptive image of the item for your perusal prior to despatch. For your information, we would like to mention that length of Jackets, Coats, etc. are measured from nape of the neck to the hem. Skirts, Slacks, Shorts, etc, from below the waistband to the hem. We offer garments that are generously cut and hand stitched and our skirts, trousers, slacks, shorts, etc. are provided with tape and elastication . However, for our guidance, we would appreciate receiving the following which will enable us to supply the right size of garment for a comfortable fit. FOR SKIRTS, TROUSERS, SHORTS, JACKETS & BLOUSES:- SIZE, BUST, WAISTBAND RELAXED & STRETCHED, HIP.

While placing your order please provide in your enquiry the description and number of the item, the colour preferred, quantity required. Please note that Jackets, Coats, Shawls, Stoles and Leather Handbags are individually made and are limited edition. All other items in our store are produced in larger quantities and can be supplied accordingly.
