As raw material, the company uses superior, short staple cotton with rough texture and less wax substance which leads to better absorbance of body fluids and hence is more suitable as a dressing material for wounds. Using modern technology, the raw cotton is cleaned, scoured, mercerized, bleached and then subjected to carding, compress rolling and packing in a continious process. Stringint in-process quality checks ensure a very high standard of the final product.
