The central Design and Test Center of the Trust is located in Mumbai. Here the products are assembled and finally tested for performance before being released for field testing.

Standard Testing facilities like SHS / LED Testers, Solar Panel efficiency Testers, Drop Testers and Circuitry Testing are available at the Center.

The Trust has set-up a design and Testing Program which includes a daily Technology Hunt and Search done by two principal Trust Founders on a 24/7 basis. New products and Technologies available are discussed in weekly meetings and action initiated to incorporate same in the prototypes.

The prototypes are designed by Professional PCB Houses who create the circuitry and test the initial product incorporating changes as outlined. The

results are constantly reviewed by Trustees from time to time.

Once prototypes are made these are assembled at the Design and Test Center in Mumbai and tested before being released for filed trials. These are tested on a 24/7 basis by the Filed Trial Team and Test results evaluated before freezing the design prior to manufacturing.
