We are having
experience in manufacturing of Blow Molding Machines
And Quickly Diversified Into Manufacturing Of Silk Screen
Printing Machines For Decorating Plastics, Glass Bottles,
Drums, Paper, T-Shirts And Various Other Allied Items.
Mr.
K. J. Antony And Mr.
Shashikant Raul, entrepreneurs
with around 20 years experience in the plastics
industry started a small workshop namely Vaishali
Engineering works in the hub
of the industrial center of Mumbai Andheri,
developing and making spare parts for blow molding
machines and providing consultancy to the plastic
industry.
Within
the next one year they had developed a computerised

tensile
testing machine. Very soon the company developed
India’s one and only plastic collapsible
tube making machine which comprises of subsequent
multicolour printing and lacquering machine all
in one single machine. All manufacturing activities
for the same were developed inhouse. |
In
1994, after years of r&d, the first fully automatic,
mechanical, high speed screen printing machine with
on-line flame treatment for small sized bottles was
developed. Subsequently in the same year a hot foil
stamping machine was developed for decorating plastic
products.
In
1995, the partners deemed fit to diversify and expand
the company and "Denzil Machine Tools" was
established at Vasai, Thane near Mumbai with a full
fledged and self sufficient tool room, manufacturing
machinery and quality control setup. The company now
employees technical manpower, r&d engineers, printing
technologists, cad engineers and service personnel.
The
after sales service provided by the company is among
the best in the printing industry and our service engineers
attend to machine installation & commissioning,
trouble shooting and training client personnel to handle
our machines to the optimum.

treatment system with auto registration & printing
as well as unloading device after printing.
The
range of screen printing accessories include individual
flame treatment conveyor, drying conveyors, screen stretching
and exposing units, aluminum frames and manual printing
machines.
In
recent times the company has developed fully automatic
screen printing machine for printing on paints, grease,
lubricant containers of 1 kg to 20 ltr. Capacity and
specializes in providing special purpose machines.
