Purpose :
Two valve manifolds combine facilities for isolation, calibration test and venting of instrument. By incorporating all these functions in one block, considerable material & installation cost saving will be achieved. The manifold is for use with pressure guages, transmitters, pressure switches & similar pressure measurement equipment. The manifold is available in number of configuration to suit every type of installation. Port connections are standard in NPT and BSP taper. A variety of manifold mounting/support methods are possible. |

Purpose :
Three valve manifolds are used in conjunction with differential pressure transmitters, combine instrument isolation & equalising in one block resulting in lower installation cost. The manifold designs have facilities for direct mounting to differential pressure transmitter or remote mounting for transmitters. Most design incorporate base mounting hole, mounting brackets blocks are also available. |

Description :
This manifold is suitable for direct mounting to a differential pressure transmitter which has inlet and flanged tapped hole on 54mm (2 1/8") centres. Optional upstream or downstream test ports are available. Manifolds are supplied with 2 nos & 4 nos PTFE 'O' rings for manifolds to instrument ceiling & 4 off 7/16" UNF high tensile zinc plated carbon steel bolts.

Description :
This manifold is design for remote mounting from differential pressure transmitter. This is made possible by including threaded outlet connections which are 54mm (2 1/8") centres to suit inlet centre connections of the instrument. The manifold provides two instrument isolating valves and one equalising valve for instrument zeroing. Base mounting holes are provided and suitable for M 10 X 1.5 bolts.

Purpose :
Five valve manifolds are used in combination with differential pressure transmitters providing isolations, equalising and drain/test function. The manifold allows the operator to isolate, zero adjust the instrument & safety drain any trap medium. The drain ports have dual functions. They can also be used as test or calibration connections after the drawing operation has been completed. Manifold design covers both & remote installations. |
